These terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Majestic Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Majestic Pharma”, “we”, “us”), including this website, the storefront, B2B accounts and the customer-facing order portal.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, or be acting on behalf of a registered business entity authorised to transact. Prescription-only items require a valid veterinary prescription from a licensed Pakistani veterinarian.
2. Ordering and pricing
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable sales tax unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Stock availability is shown best-effort and is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by email.
3. Veterinary products
Veterinary medicines are sold for use in commercial poultry operations only. We do not sell for human use. Always follow label instructions and dosage. If you are unsure, contact our veterinary team before administering.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier network. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence — see our refund policy for details.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (where available), JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit cards via our payment gateway, and direct bank transfer. B2B accounts may apply for net-30 credit terms after a qualifying period.
6. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, images, product photography, the Majestic Pharma name and brand marks — is the property of Majestic Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
