This policy explains what personal information Majestic Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd.collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language and kept the jargon to a minimum.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
- Order data: shipping address, billing address, items purchased, payment method (we do not store full card numbers — those live with our payment processor).
- Business data (B2B): NTN, STRN, business address, authorised contacts.
- Usage data: pages visited, anonymised analytics, device and browser type.
2. How we use it
To fulfil orders, communicate with you about purchases and accounts, issue FBR-compliant invoices, prevent fraud, improve the site, and (with your opt-in) send marketing emails about new products and offers.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with: our courier partners (name, address, phone for delivery); our payment processor (only what they need to charge your card); the FBR (per Pakistani tax law); and our hosting and analytics providers under strict data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for at least 7 years per Pakistani tax law. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and cart state, plus analytics cookies (anonymised). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention).
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails in one click.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Database access is restricted, audit-logged and protected behind IP allow-lists. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a breach, please email us immediately.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We'll post material changes here and notify registered users by email.
