Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. This policy explains when refunds apply, what items are excluded, and how long processing takes.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unopened condition. Damaged-in-transit items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

2. What's eligible

  • Sealed equipment in original packaging.
  • Medicines that are unopened and have an intact safety seal.
  • Unopened feed bags from the original lot.
  • Items damaged in transit (with photo evidence within 48 hours).

3. What's NOT eligible

  • Vaccines and cold-chain items — once dispatched these cannot be resold and are non-returnable.
  • Opened or partially used medicines — safety and contamination policy.
  • Custom-mixed feed — made-to-order, no resale market.
  • Items damaged after delivery (mis-handled, exposed to moisture, etc.).

4. Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the relevant window.
  2. Share photos of the item, the packaging and (if damaged) the courier label.
  3. We arrange pickup — in major cities we send our courier; elsewhere we share a pre-paid TCS label.
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue refund or replacement within 3 business days.

5. Refund methods

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa per your preference. Refund processing time depends on the bank but is typically within 5 business days of approval.

6. Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, dispatched against an order we should have rejected). In other cases the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly waive it.

7. B2B and bulk orders

Bulk orders agreed under a signed B2B contract follow the return terms stated in that contract, which override this page. If you don't have a signed contract, this policy applies.
