In major cities we send our courier. Smaller cities, we share a pre-paid TCS label.

Refund or replace
Once received and inspected, refund posts to your bank account or wallet within 3 business days.

Safety, hygiene and regulatory rules govern what we can take back — particularly for vaccines and opened medicines.

Damaged in transit?
Take a photo of the box before opening, and a second photo of the damaged item. Send both within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement at our cost — no back-and-forth.
