Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account just makes reordering and tracking easier.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes and we'll cancel and refund. After dispatch you'll need to refuse the courier or return per our returns policy.
What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum. Orders above Rs 5,000.00 ship free.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery in most cities, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit cards via our payment gateway, and direct bank transfer for B2B.
Is COD really cash-only?
Yes — at the door. If you want flexibility, prepaid via JazzCash or card avoids the COD service fee.
Do you issue FBR-compliant invoices?
Yes. Every B2B invoice carries our NTN, STRN and the FBR-mandated QR code. You can claim input tax on it the same week.
Veterinary & Prescriptions
Do you require a prescription for medicines?
For prescription-only items (e.g. controlled antibiotics) yes — we ask for a vet prescription and verify before dispatch. Most poultry medicines are OTC.
Can your vets advise me?
Yes — message our vet team on WhatsApp. For complex cases (high mortality, suspected outbreak), we'll connect you to a senior consultant.
Are products safe for organic / antibiotic-free farms?
We tag products clearly. Filter by 'Antibiotic-free' on the catalog to see only eligible items.
B2B & Distributors
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — request a quote at /contact. Tiered pricing starts at 25+ unit orders.
Can I open a credit account?
We extend net-30 credit to qualified farms and distributors after 3 paid orders. Application takes ~5 business days.
Do you private-label?
For select medicines and feed, yes — MOQ applies. Email our partnerships team via the contact page.
